EUR/USD breaks below 1.3400
FXStreet (Córdoba) - The EUR/USD finally broke below the 1.3400 level and stretched to fresh lows during the European session, having retraced most of last Friday’s gains.
The EUR/USD pierced below 1.3400 and printed a fresh low of 1.3384 so far despite in line with expectations Eurozone PMI and retail sales. At time of writing, the pair is trading at the 1.3390 zone, recording a 0.22% loss on the day.
EUR/USD levels to watch
In terms of technical levels, the EUR/USD could find next supports at 1.3378 (Aug 1 low) ahead of 1.3366 (2014 low Jul 30). On the other hand, resistances are seen at 1.3425 (10-day SMA), 1.3444 (Aug 1 high) y 1.3475 (Jul 25 high).
